Player: Andre Iguodala
Position: Small forward
Height/weight: 6-6, 215
Age: 32
Salary: $11.13 million (Year 4 of four-year contract)
2015-16 in review: Aside from missing 17 games, most as a result of a sprained ankle, Iguodala generally excelled in his second season as Sixth Man. Playing typically stellar defense, he averaged 7.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 26.6 minutes. His shot remains inconsistent, but is offset by other assets and intangibles. Even as Sixth Man, he's one of the five most important members of the team.
Golden State Warriors
2016-17 outlook: His role will be to, once again, play a key role in the team's vaunted Death Lineup, which features smaller, quicker players. He's surely lifted by the addition of Kevin Durant, as the two will share some defensive assignments. Iguodala remains firmly entrenched as the team's resident sage veteran.
Floor: He does not stay healthy and is unable to play the lockdown/disruptive defense essential to the Death Lineup.
Ceiling: Iguodala plays fewer minutes and thrives, making a notable impact that allows him to earn a lucrative new contract.
