Lindsay Lohan is not yet a free woman from her current rehabilitation stint at a Betty Ford Center home, but she did get a temporary reprieve of sorts.

E! Online reported that the actress was granted a day pass from the Center for good behavior. She was seen at her West Hollywood condominium as a result yesterday morning.

According to the story, an assistant to Lohan picked the actress up at the Betty Ford house a little before 8:30 in the morning, said a source. Both she and Lohan were at the condominium about 90 minutes later. Lohan was seen wearing a blue flannel top and black leggings.

Lohan was slated to return back to her Betty Ford residence last night, an E! source said. She is expected to stay at Betty Ford until Jan. 3.

Recently, it was reported by People that Lohan and her estranged father Michael met at the Center. "I thank God that she is in the place that she is in now," he told People after the visit. "And I love her and I am very, very, proud of how far she has come. Really, really proud."
