A Concord game store received severe damage and lost some of its property when a vehicle smashed through its windows before sunrise Tuesday morning, according to media sources.

Repairs to a GameStop store in the 5000 block of Ygnacio Valley Road continued Tuesday morning.

The car was left behind in the store, and police were still searching for the thieves. Concord police were not immediately available for comment.

A freelance videographer for NBC Bay Area took some images of the aftermath.
