Stanford tight end Coby Fleener will be reunited with his college quarterback Andrew Luck in the National Football League.

The No. 1 rated tight end was selected second in day two of the NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts selected Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck No. 1 overall Thursday.

Fleener was Luck's top target in Palo Alto last season. And the tight end will be asked to fill the shoes of respected NFL veteran tight end Dallas Clark.

Clark is expected to retire. Meanwhile Fleener was expecting to go in the first round of the draft on Thursday.

But he fell to day two and was in attendance at New York City's Radio Music Hall to meet NFL Commissioner Roger Goddell and pick up his new Colts' jersey.
