A 23 year-old San Mateo man was shot to death at Twin Peaks lookout in San Francisco, early Saturday morning, according to the Chronicle.

Luis Venegas, was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to San Francisco police Sgt. Michael Andraychak, Venegas was at the lookout point with friends when some words were exchanged with another group nearby.
