A woman reported being followed by a man off of a bus at 9:37 a.m. who tried to start a conversation with her, according to the Oakland Police Department.

The woman told authorities that she brushed off the man's advances and he responded by raising her shirt and showing him a gun before walking towards Kaiser, according to the police.
