Police in the East Bay are trying to hunt down several squatters who were reportedly armed and living inside a $3 million Walnut Creek home.

Officers arrived Thursday night to kick out the squatters. When they went inside, they found several guns, including an assault weapon.

The home is reportedly owned by an investment group.

One of the investors called police after he stopped by to find the locks changed and people living inside.

The alleged squatters offered up a fake lease and said they were paying rent.

Police arrested two people but are looking for several more whose names appear on the fake lease.
