2) For once, San Francisco did NOT make a top 5 expensive-cities-list. Which was it this time? Cities with "homeowners paying...50% of their income on monthly owner costs." So either Real Estate is getting more affordable or people are getting richer. That's how this works, right? [Burbed]
3) "Location, location, location," has been replaced with "foreclosure, foreclosure, foreclosure." Good news for careless buyers, Bad news for desperate sellers. [SF Real Estate blog]
