In order to avoid the whole guy-losing-the-new-iPhone-in-a-bar fiasco from last year, Apple is now handing out iPhone prototypes that have new guts but look exactly the same as the iPhone 4. They're calling it the iPhone 4S.
The phone is loaded up with the iPad 2's A5 processor, which supposedly provides nine times the gaming performance as the iPhone 4's A4 chip.
By handing these prototypes out to game developers, they're letting them create apps for the iPhone 5 that'll use all the power available to them.
But if they, you know, get drunk and leave it somewhere, whoever finds it will have no idea that they have a rare Apple prototype. Very sneaky!
