A ground stop has been ordered at New York City's LaGuardia Airport because of a staffing shortage related to sick calls, the Federal Aviation Administration said Friday. The air traffic halt comes as the government shutdown enters its 35th day, the longest shutdown of federal agencies in U.S. history.
