Business is good for Zazzle.
The San Jose-based online retailer recently opened its second giant manufactring facility and hired 800 new employees to run it.
San Jose, like the rest of the country, has seen a boost in hiring, and a drop in the jobless rate thanks largely to tech companies like Zazzle adding staff. A report released Friday said the nation's jobless rate fell to 7 percent.

The construction industry, which had been struggling for years, is also benefiting from the improving employment rates with new projects.
