The Watsonville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding the people behind the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Feliciano Martinez.
Surveillance video shows the moment Martinez was shot by two suspects in the courtyard of an apartment complex Saturday night.
The suspects followed Martinez before approaching him and shooting him several times, police said.
