Red Cross Team Attacked While Collecting Bodies of Ebola Victims

In the latest assault on workers trying to curb West Africa’s Ebola outbreak, a Red Cross team was attacked in southeastern Guinea on Tuesday while collecting bodies thought to be infected with the virus, The Associated Press reported. One Red Cross worker is recovering from a neck wound after relatives of the dead turned on the six volunteers in Forecariah. Last week, another team educating people on how to avoid contracting Ebola was abducted and killed.
