Harbaugh: Taunting Call on Kaepernick Was ‘Ticky-Tack'

Jim Harbaugh on Wednesday said he believed the taunting penalty called Saturday against 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was unwarranted. "In my opinion? That it was ticky-tack. . . Didn't see it as a taunting penalty," Harbaugh said.
