NAPA – The Raiders' home game against the Seattle Seahawks has been moved.
No, it didn't come back to the Bay Area. The Raiders consistently give away a home game to play abroad, and will do so until they move to Las Vegas in 2020.
The game will still be played in England, but the venue has changed. The game will be played at London's Wembley Stadium, because of delays in constructing the new Tottenham Hotspurs stadium.
The soccer team is moving some of its fixtures, and the Raiders-Seahawks clash to Wembley.
The NFL released a statement regarding the venue change.

Wembley Stadium typically hosts matches for England's national soccer team. The Raiders played the Dolphins there in 2014, the only previous game the team has played in London.
The Raiders played in Mexico City in 2016 and 2017, and are expected to play there again in 2019.
