Raiders-Seahawks Injury Report: Frostee Rucker Misses Second Straight Practice

For the second straight day, Raiders defensive end Frostee Rucker (neck) did not practice with the team ahead of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks at Wembley Stadium in London.

Rucker injured his neck in last week's 26-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The 35-year-old defensive end in one of Oakland's starting ends in its 4-3 base defense, and his absence would leave the team with four healthy defensive ends. The Raiders released former 49ers defensive end Tank Carradine last Saturday.

Left guard Kelechi Osemele once again missed practice with a knee injury. Osemele did not play in Week 5 against the Chargers, and missed each of Oakland's practices as well.
