    SUGAR RUSH: Load up on the caffeine and get ready to sit back and enjoy the sixth annual Another Hole in the Head Film Festival. The indy film fest features horror and Sci-Fi flicks at the Roxie Cinema, 3117 16th St., in San Francisco. The horror fest starts tonight at 5 p.m. and runs through June 18. The rockers are strapped with a drum set, a bass guitar, a myriad of toy keyboards, guitar peddles, mixers, and even a 35 mm film synchronizer. They are set to take over Bottom of the Hill, 1233 17th St., in San Francisco at 10 p.m. with all their toys.
