Fired after week 16 by the San Francisco 49ers, Mike Singletary says he knows where he'll be getting that next steady paycheck -- this time with the Minnesota Vikings.
One day after NFL.com and USA Today both reported that Singletary could join his former teammate and present friend Leslie Frazier as a linebackers coach, he confirmed the move himself during a radio interview on ESPN 1000 in Chicago.
Singletary was rumored to be on the short list for the Baltimore Ravens and Carolina Panthers, as well.
Singletary is a 10-time Pro Bowl player with the Bears. He and Frazier were on the Bears' 1985 Super Bowl team.
