Weather Video Forecast

Another cold, upper level low will race down along the coast Monday, bringing scattered showers back to the area. As daytime heating provides a convective boost, these showers may gain strength to form briefly strong thundershowers especially for areas near the Santa Cruz mountains and South Bay hills. Skies should turn calmer post-sunset as daytime heating subsides and the upper level system continues tracking into Southern California. High pressure building in Tuesday will make for some breezy conditions with less wind and warmer weather in store for the second half of the week with highs in the 60s and 70s.- Rob Mayeda
