Rickblog Stop: Rickshaw Stop hands the keys over to San Francisco music-centered blog's Katarokkar and Ears of the Beholder, who are hosting a solid all-local night of music with electro guitar bros Phantom Kicks, retro-pop outfit The Actors and shoegaze-leaning quartet Sunbeam Rd. Tickets to the hump night party are $10 and the show is at 8pm.
Jazz Hound: The jazzy strip of the Fillmore District is the place to get boozy tonight, as five area bars are set to throw down during the Second Annual Fillmore Holiday Cocktail Crawl. The hangover-inducing crew from Tres Agaves Tequila will have one complimentary drink ready for crawlers at each stop and further drink specials that are sure to ruin your Thursday morning. Tickets are $5 in advance and $10 at the door.
See the light!: Tonight only, the Mission-based non-profit theater and gallery space Artists’ Television Access will be screening a collection of short flicks that expolore the more "contrasting and visually arresting" locales of our city. Dubbed Radical Light: San Francisco Lines of Sight, the program will be curated by Cal Art's Dean Steve Ankler and presented by Pacific Film Archive, Prelinger Archives and San Francisco Cinematheque. The screening starts at 7:30pm; tickets are $5 for ATA members and $10 for non-members.
