On Monday, we asked you to take a guess at the asking price for 525 27th Street #2, a three bedroom Noe Valley condo. The list price for the two-level unit is $1,495,000, and while most of you were optimistic with your guesses— blinded by love, perhaps?— the closest guess ($1.35M) came from a (pessimistic) anonymous commenter. Others thought the home would actually go for more than the asking price, making us think that $1.495 is dead on. Closing statement, anyone?
