Chefs were out in full force last night in Sin City for the big Michelin bash at the Wynn, and Eater LA certainly has the hangover observations to prove it: Sir Thomas Keller held court like only he can, Daniel Boulud doled out porky goodness to all, Hubert Keller "boogied on the Blush dance floor like no one's business," David Kinch rocked a mean coat (pictured), and on the philosophical front, all chefs with one star want two while those with two want three.
