‘It Will Ultimately be a Family Decision': Kamala Harris Says She Will Decide Whether to Run For President Over the Holidays

California Senator Kamala Harris says she will decide with her family over the holidays whether to make a run for the White House.

Harris was one of the speakers Saturday at the Know Your Value conference in San Francisco. More than 600 women attended the event to find out about “how to get what you want at work, and at home.”

Asked if she will run for president, Harris said: “It will ultimately be a family decision ... And over the holiday, I will make that decision with my family.”

Harris joined host and MSNBC Morning Joe anchor Mika Brzezinski on stage to talk about how women can battle discrimination, negotiate fair pay, and grow their careers.

Three Bay Area women were selected as finalists to deliver a one minute pitch and compete for a $25,000 cash bonus.
