Even in challenging times, good things are happening all around us.

We celebrate the people doing something good in the Bay Area and raise money to help those hit the hardest.

NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48 in partnerships with Bay Area community leaders are coming together to raise funds for the Silicon Valley Strong Fund, which offers financial assistance for our community's most vulnerable who are financially burdened in the wake of COVID-19.

Viewers since Saturday, April 4, have raised more than $272,000. To donate, visit SiliconValleyStrong.org/telethon.
