At least one person died following a bicycle crash late Wednesday afternoon in Palo Alto, according to preliminary information from the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 4:40 p.m. on state Highway 35 south of Page Mill Road.
The crash happened in mountainous terrain, CHP officials said.
