Police Investigate Early Morning Homicide in Vallejo

    Police are investigating the shooting death of a man in Vallejo early Saturday morning.

    Officers responded to the 200 block of B.W. Williams Drive around 5:35 a.m. on a report of a man having been shot.

    Officers found the victim lying on the street, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.

    The name of the man has not been released, but police said he was a 26-year-old man from the San Francisco area.
