A person has been detained after police surrounded a home in San Jose Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occured on the 3300 block of E. Hills Drive in San Jose, near South White Road and east of Interstate 680.
Officers during the response established a perimeter around a home, where it appeared a truck crashed into a garage. A witness told NBC Bay Area police fired plastic bullets to break the window of the truck inside the garage.
No other information was immediately available.
