A man was fatally shot Thursday night in front of Santa Fe Taqueria, in an unincorporated part of San Jose, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's office.
Spokesman Kurtis Stenderup said paramedics performed CPR on the man about 10 p.m. in the 800 block of S. White Road just outside San Jose, who was shot at least once, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made and no suspect description has been made available yet. No weapon was recovered.
This is the third homicide this year that the sheriff's office is investigating.
