The Flash and Superman clean windows at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland (Sept. 19, 2016).

Superman, The Flash, Batman and The Hulk repelled down the side of an Oakland establishment Monday, but it wasn't part of a Hollywood flick filming session.

Instead of flashing their arsenal of superpowers in a battle against the bad guys, these superheroes wielded squeegees and rid the gunk and grime from the windows at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland all the while trying to brighten up the outlook for the youngsters inside.

A team of eight workers clad in an assortment of red capes or bright yellow boots shared some smiles as they swiftly cleaned during the vertical descent down the five-story building, according to the hospital.

Upon landing, the super-washers stuck around to share tales about incredible feats with patients and families, according to the hospital.
