A vegetation fire burned in Bay Point early Monday morning, fire officials said.
According to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, the blaze, located in the vicinity of Evora and Willow Pass roads, was reported at roughly 4:13 a.m. It was contained to about three to five acres.
Fire officials also said that the fire broke out in a brushy area less than a mile from the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station but did not impact service.
