Wig and Fake Beard Mask North Bay Robber

Police are trying to identify a robber who wore a wig and fake beard while stealing money at gunpoint from a Fairfield clothing store on Monday night.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Susie's Deals, a discount clothing store at 1955 W. Texas St., at about 8:30 p.m.

A man wearing a shoulder-length wig and a fake goatee had apparently entered the store with a handgun and demanded cash from employees.

The employees complied, and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No customers were in the store at the time and no one was injured.

The suspect was described as a black man about 6 feet 1 inch tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie pullover with black pants and  black shoes.
