Police activity on Interstate 80 in San Francisco near the Bay Bridge is leading to traffic delays Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, eastbound traffic is being diverted off the freeway at Fourth Street. Motorists headed east are allowed to reenter at Bryant and Second streets or Harrison and First streets.
