Fremont police located a missing at-risk 14-year-old Wednesday after he was reported missing Tuesday.
A security guard at Pacific Commons in Fremont spotted Jack Conner and called police Wednesday morning.
"We are very appreciative that the information was shared throughout our community, which ultimately led to his location. He is being reuinted with his family now," police said.
