Every time a techie boards a Google bus in the Mission, it's good news for...London?
GQ sees an opportunity for Europe's would-be tech haven, created by Silicon Valley's shift from suburban office campuses to urban startups.
Big-time firms like Twitter, Airbnb, Yammer, Square and Uber all have HQs in SF, GQ UK noted.
This "demise of the Valley" -- which may be news to Google and Mountain View, not to mention Apple and Cupertino, or Facebook and Menlo Park -- "is amplifying London's start-up boom," the magazine reported.
Though hardly a startup, Google has a new 860,000 square foot building in London, and Salesforce.com is looking to stage its own British invasion, GQ reported.
