Oracle to Pay Fine in Bribery Case

The Securities and Exchange Commission has fined Oracle $2 million in an anti-foreign bribery case in Indian. Oracle neither admitted or denied the allegations, according to Reuters.

The case revolved around Oracle allegedly removing money off it's books to make payments to fictional vendors in India.
