Firefighters on Thursday afternoon responded to a three-alarm fire in Redwood City.
The blaze reported at 4 p.m. ripped through a home's attic on the 3300 block of Bay Road, near Taft Elementary School and west of Marsh Road.
Firefighters said a dog died in the fire and 10 people were displaced. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
