Stanford University says it will lift its COVID-19 masking requirement for students in the classroom starting Monday.
While masking will no longer be mandatory campus-wide, individual instructors will have the option to require it.
The university said the level of COVID-19 cases is now low enough to ease restrictions in class and on the school shuttles.
