Warriors Star Steph Curry Dedicates ‘SC30 Select Showcase' Game to Nia Wilson's Family

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry on Tuesday took the court in a different role: a coach and a supporter of a family facing an emotional loss.

Curry dedicated his "SC30 Select Showcase" game to the family of Nia Wilson. The 18-year-old Wilson was stabbed to death at the MacArthur BART station in Oakland last month.

The NBA superstar and two-time league MVP encouraged fans to donate to Wilson's family as they cope with her death. It is support Wilson's father said makes a difference.

"This is what's keeping me and my family so strong," Wilson's father said. "All the support from giants like Stephen Curry and abroad, that's what's keeping us strong at the moment."
