Lindsay Lohan reportedly wasn't pleased when she was slammed "en espanol" on "Glee" in 2011, but the actress apparently doesn't have any leftover hard feelings. She's heading to McKinley High.
On Tuesday, a rep for the actress confirmed to Access Hollywood that Lindsay will appear in an upcoming episode of "Glee."

The "Glee" appearance is the latest move in Lindsay's comeback. She recently served as the host of "Saturday Night Live," and, in news first reported by Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, Lindsay has been cast as Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime's "Liz and Dick."
The actress is due in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday for a progress report hearing.
