A's Notes: Loss to Dodgers Snaps Eight-game Home Winning Streak

OAKLAND - After struggling at the Coliseum for the first half of the season, the A's have performed much better at home recently. Tuesday's loss to the Dodgers snapped an eight-game home winning streak, and it was just their third loss in their last 17 games in Oakland. The A's still have a slightly better road record (35-24) than home record (32-23), but the gap is narrowing.

--- The Athletics fell to 12-5 since the All-Star break. Despite the loss, they have still won an incredible 33 of their last 44 games.

--- Tuesday's loss snapped Oakland's eight-game home winning streak against the Dodgers. It was Los Angeles' first win at the Coliseum since July 14, 2001.

--- Khris Davis homered for the third straight game. He has hit 11 home runs since the All-Star break, tied for the most in Major League Baseball. His 32 home runs this season rank third in the league.

--- Yusmeiro Petit pitched two innings, allowing a run on three hits. He leads all Major League relievers with 71 2/3 innings pitched this season.

--- Sean Manaea lasted just 2 2/3 innings, his shortest outing since August 12 of last year. He also walked three batters, his most since June 5.

--- Emilio Pagan pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings and has not allowed a run in his last five appearances.
