When Connor Joe was acquired from the Reds, Giants fans didn't know they were going to get a guy with a unique batting stance. But here we are. And personally, I'm a fan:

You know who else is a fan is the batting stance guru himself? Batting Stance Guy. And check out BSG's recent impression of the outfielder:

Pretty similar, right? Well, not only is he mirroring Joe's stance, but he met the outfielder recently:

Derek Holland invited BSG to hang with the team and meet the guys.
"He set it up," BSG told NBC Sports Bay Area. "His invite really paved the way for me to meet Connor Joe who is like a composite sketch of what I'd want every hitter to be like in the box."
But he wasn't done. Pablo Sandoval personally asked for a Gerardo Parra impression and BSG delivered:

"Panda has always been cool every time I've been around him and Parra was sitting there so he asked for it," he said.
Panda could not contain his laughter.
Appears to be a successful meeting of stances.
