Brewers Vs. Giants Lineups: Brandon Belt in Left Field in Series Opener

With one of the best teams in the National League in town, Bruce Bochy is pulling out all the stops with Friday night's lineup.

In the series opener against the Milwaukee Brewers, Brandon Belt will patrol left field for the San Francisco Giants, allowing Pablo Sandoval to play first base.

The Brewers enter Oracle Park with an NL Central-best 39-29 record, while the Giants sit at 28-38, the second-worst record in the National League.

Lefty Drew Pomeranz will take the mound for the Giants as they look to extend their winning streak to three games. Pomeranz is coming off his best start of the season when he pitched five scoreless innings against the Dodgers and struck out seven in the Giants' 2-1 win.
