New Injury Has Draymond Green Questionable for Game in Dallas

In mid-December, Draymond Green missed several games with a shoulder injury.

Now, a sprained left ankle could keep him out of Wednesday's game against the Mavericks.

After practice in Oakland on Tuesday, the Warriors announced that Green is questionable for the first game of the three-game road trip.

"He tweaked it. We scrimmaged a little bit today and he just came down on somebody's foot. It didn't look bad," head coach Steve Kerr told reporters.

After taking on Dallas, the Warriors head to Houston Thursday to face the Rockets, who have their own injury concerns. Leading MVP candidate James Harden will miss at least two weeks with a Grade-2 hamstring strain.

In 31 games this season, Green is averaging 10.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 7.6 assists per contest.
