It appears Anquan Boldin is on the verge of finding a new home.
The former 49ers wide receiver is finalizing a deal with the Lions, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Boldin reportedly visited Detroit back in mid-June.
Boldin played for San Francisco the past three seasons.
Last year, he led the team in catches (69), receiving yards (789) and receiving touchdowns (4 -- tied).
The 35-year old enterered the league as a second-round pick in the 2003 draft.
