James Harden scored 35 points in the Warriors' Game 1 win over the Rockets on Sunday.
But he shot a very inefficient 9-for-28 from the field (really 9-for-27 because he missed a halfcourt heave at the end of the second quarter).
So which Golden State players had the most success defending him?
After watching the film, here is the breakdown of Harden's performance:
Andre Iguodala
-5 points
-0-for-4 overall
-3 fouls (5-for-6 free throws)

James Harden was 0-for-4 from the field when Andre Iguodala defended him in Game 1. Iguodala fouled Harden three times (Harden went 5-for-6 from the free throw line), but one of them definitely wasn't a foul pic.twitter.com/326e60OkpG— Drew Shiller (@DrewShiller) April 30, 2019
Kevon Looney
-7 points
-2-for-6 overall
-1 foul (2-for-2 free throws)

This was really good defense by Kevon Looney on James Harden. It certainly looks like Harden could have been whistled for pushing off... pic.twitter.com/tugp9HQZ8F— Drew Shiller (@DrewShiller) April 30, 2019
Klay Thompson
-8 points
-3-for-8 overall
-1 foul (1-for-1 free throws)
Harden got an uncontested layup with about 21 seconds remaining after Klay practically let him go to the basket.
Klay also got away with a couple fouls on missed 3-point attempts.
Steph Curry
-4 points
-1-for-3 overall
-1 foul (2-for-2 free throws)
Kevin Durant
-3 points
-1-for-2 overall
Draymond Green
-3 points
-1-for-2 overall
- 0 fouls
Watch where James Harden releases the shot from and watch where Draymond Green makes the contact. Harden kicked his legs wayyyyy out. That's a good non-call pic.twitter.com/vaOWHCflCk— Drew Shiller (@DrewShiller) April 28, 2019

Alfonzo McKinnie
-3 points
-0-for-1 overall
-1 foul (3-for-3 free throws)
Additionally, Harden got an uncontested layup after his lob attempt got blocked but the ball came right back to him with nobody in position to defend.
Hopefully he gets a fair chance in Game 2...
