LeBron James will be starring in "Space Jam 2," which is scheduled to be released in theaters in July 2021.
Filming is slated to begin this summer, but apparently there is a problem.
"In all honesty, (LeBron's) been recruiting players to come and try to be in "Space Jam'" with him this summer, and he hasn't been able to close some of those deals," ESPN's Brian Windhorst revealed on Thursday. "Some of the top guys he wants to come and be with him in the movie."
"Bro. I don't care if you sign with the Lakers in July. Just please be in Space Jam 2. I'll pay you $50 million." pic.twitter.com/GKjz9TURqg— Drew Shiller (@DrewShiller) April 5, 2019

Former Warriors and Lakers guard Nick Young clearly heard the news, because on Friday morning he took to Twitter:
I'm ready for space jam 2 sign me up lol— Nick Young (@NickSwagyPYoung) April 5, 2019
Classic Swaggy P, right?
The tweet is perfect timing because Young will be at Oracle Arena on Friday night to receive his 2018 championship ring.
It's sure to be a special evening:
