Stephen Curry is the ultimate Panthers fan. Apparently he's a pretty big fan of Colin Kaepernick too.
Before his favorite team played the 49ers at Levi's Stadium, Curry showed support for Kaepernick, posting #freekaep on his Instagram story.
Kaepernick remains unsigned with the NFL's regular season underway. The former 49ers quarterback sat and then took a knee during the national anthem throughout the 2016 season, protesting social injustices against African Americans.
During the anthem on Sunday, 49ers safety Eric Reid took a knee with several teammates placing a hand on his shoulders.
