What a Return! Curry Comes Off Bench, Leads Warriors Past Pels in Game 2

Steph Curry didn't start Game 2 on Tuesday night. It didn't matter as the two-time MVP scored 28 points in the Warriors' thrilling 121-116 win over the Pelicans in Game 2.

The Warriors now head to New Orleans with a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Curry didn't enter Game 2 until the 4:20 mark in the first quarter. On the first offensive possession, Curry eluded a defender and nailed a 3-pointer that set the fans at Oracle Arena into a hysteria.

In 27 minutes off the bench, Curry finished a +26.

Kevin Durant dropped in a game-high 29 points in the win. Draymond Green nearly posted another triple-double, finishing with 20 points, 12 assists and nine rebounds.
