Unannounced Droid 4 Shows Up Online

It hasn't been officially acknowledged as existing.

Some photos and details on a new Motorola Droid — the Droid 4 — have appeared online, and it looks to be a keyboard-toting sibling to the Droid RAZR.

The phone appears to feature a "4-inch display, 4G LTE compatibility for Verizon Wireless' network, 1080p HD video capture support, an HDMI-out port, a secondary front-facing camera and Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread." It also may feature the same 1.2GHz TI processor as the Droid RAZR, making it very similar in guts with just the keyboard differentiating the form factor.

Since the thing hasn't been officially acknowledged as existing, there are no real details available other than that, but presumably Motorola will have something to say about it before too long.
