San Francisco startup banks on hungry Twitter users

Twitter may be great at letting user ideas dictate future features on the microblogging site but the San Francisco-based company might want to start paying attention to how people are making money off Twitter,too.
Tweservation hopes making your next restaurant reservation via Twitter will turn into a pot of gold for the San Francisco start up.
Inserting itself into Urbanspoon-OpenTable battle, Tweservation allows hungry eaters to reserve a table at their favorite restaurant -- as long as your favorite eatery is in San Francisco and one of only 14 establishments currently signed up for the service -- via Twitter or its website.
SF Eater points out that the interface may leave you wanting to pick up your phone and call the restaurant directly. Still the idea is an interesting attempt worth monitoring.
